Swallow Yarn Barn is situated in the colourful surroundings of Swallow studios in Annyalla County Monaghan. A textile studio that houses hand weaver Liz Chiristy ,Rug Tufter Catherina Donaghy and  myself Louise Loughman.

 I am a Textile Artist who likes to work in colour I creates original  Batik wall hangings done on silk take a look at the wall hanging and silk painting gallery to see my current stock and examples of passed work to give you ideas.

I work to commission and can do a work of art or a silk scarf especially for you to  suit your style and colour taste.  I have done a number of large commissions for Schools and Presentations
